Guitarist, composer and particular professor of the Queen of Spain, Marie Louise Gabrielle of Savoy. Santiago de Murcia undoubtedly passed the time of his life in Mexico where his last collections were discovered. In 1714 he publishes "Resumen de acompañar la parte con la guitarra". HIs second work published in 1732, "Passacalles y obras", comprises pieces in the French and Italian styles.
