Press Reviews:
Le Télégramme " His recital immediately revealed his qualities, in particular a sure technique and a fine sense of nuance. "
Sud Ouest " Jean-François Delcamp transcended perfect technique to reach the highest musical quality. "
Presse Océan " Simple tales transform themselves into moments of rare emotion, as in the discovery of guitarist Jean-François Delcamp . "
La dépêche du MIDI " Devotees of classical music met again, doubtless with joy, in the church of CABESSUT to appreciate the musical art that Jean-François Delcamp presents with skilful sensitivity. "
Ouest France december 3, 1992 " Bretagne is a work which combines freshness and spontaneity, ideas (thematic and harmonic), and risks. One of them, not the least, was to establish a bridge between an often divided public. And the gamble paid off. The room was filled with enthusiasm at the subtle meeting of jazz and classical, which at times attained a perfect fusion. "
Le Télégramme january 25, 1996 " It will certainly be a long time before one forgets the power of the phrases wrung from the guitar by Jean-François Delcamp , opening for the evening, as well as the airy improvisations on two jazz standards by Roumier the electrified enchantor. There was an air of perfect harmony in the small theater on Tuesday."
