III Our MP3, WMV, MOV, OGG, AVI, Author’s rightsAuthor’s rightsYou may publish your recordings or score of a work in the public domain, or your own composition or arrangement in MP3 format for audio or in WMV, MOV, FLV and AVI in the case of videos.
Recordings should be complete and naturalTo keep the feel of a recording as close as possible to that of a recital, we only accept complete recordings. Extracts, pot-pourris, medleys, combined works, rewritten or distorted existing works will be removed without notice. Under certain conditions, you may publish extracts of works, see the conditions in "IV Laws governing the quotation/citation of music".
Use these guidelines when listing the titleTo allow automatic organization and alphabetic search function of MP3s, scores and videos, please name your message following this layout:
Name of composer, Forename of composer
; Title of work.
The semicolon (;) acts as a separator between the composer and title, for example:
Sor, Fernando; op.35/13 Etude
The semicolon is very important; it allows us to create a list of MP3s, scores and videos automatically.

http://www.delcamp.net/infos/catalogue/ ... r_pdf.html ,
http://www.delcamp.net/infos/catalogue/ ... r_wmv.html ,
MP3s, scores and videos that have not been titled by this method have to be edited and modified manually by the forum administrator.
Careful titling means that everyone (including those who do not speak your language) can find them more easily.
If the composer has two forenames, write only their initials, with a space between:
Bach, J. S.; BWV 1006 Prelude
If we publish an MP3, score or video of a duo, we add this tag
- Duo at the end,
- Trio for a trio,
- Quartetto for a Quartet and
- Ensemble for more. E.g.,
Anon.; La Rossignol - Duo
Gabrielli, Giovanni; Sonate pian e forte - Quartetto
Vivaldi, Antonio; Andante of Concerto in G - Ensemble
For scores add the tag [PDF] or [JPG] at the start of the title e.g.
[PDF] Sor, Fernando; op.35/13 Etude
Only acoustic recordings of acoustic instruments are acceptedPlease only post recordings of classical guitar, lute, theorbo, baroque guitar and renaissance guitar, and preferably as natural as possible, in one take with no digital editing. Recordings of electric guitar, electric acoustic guitar, folk guitar, steel-string guitar, midi or synthesiser guitar or Silent Guitar will be deleted without notice.
One file only per thread, only one version of a workDo not publish more than one audio or video recording or score per thread. Your file should be attached to the first message of the thread. If you want to publish several recordings or scores, open a new and different thread for each of them. If you make a new version of a work that you have already published, don't open a new thread: edit your own message and replace the previous version with the new one. Add in the title of your message an update to make it clear that the recording is a new one.
No duplicates pleaseThere are sub forums devoted to recordings and scores on all the forums of Delcamp.net, for an overview; consult the List of the MP3s, the list of videos and the list of scores in the different forums. This list is updated approximately every month. You can publish your MP3 and video files on the various forums of Delcamp.net, on the condition that there is no duplication of files.
Publishing the same file on different forums of Delcamp uses space unnecessarily. Copies of files will be removed without warning. In the case of duplicates, the file that is kept will be the smallest one.
Except for YouTube, DailyMotion and Vimeo, links to files will be refusedMP3, WMV, PDF, JPG, MOV, FLV, AVI files must be published as attached files, links in the form of URLs are prohibited on the forum (except for links to YouTube, DailyMotion and Vimeo). Posts containing URL links leading to MP3s, scores or videos on other sites are removed without warning.
Your scoresYou can publish scores of your compositions or arrangements in the form of PDF files or JPG files in the Forum: "Our scores for guitar". Only music written on stave/staff will be accepted so TABs will be refused. Facsimiles of early music tabs (1500 - 1700) for lute, vihuela or guitar are acceptable in JPG format.
YouTube, DailyMotion and Vimeo VideosThe websites
http://www.youtube.com/ ,
http://www.dailymotion.com/ and
http://www.vimeo.com/ allow individuals to publish videos. In your posts, you may give links to classical guitar videos on YouTube, DailyMotion and Vimeo, on condition that you only give links to your own compositions or works in the public domain. Give your post a title following this example: [YouTube] Niccolò Paganini; Capricho nº 24. Links to works protected by copyright will be removed without warning.
Comparison files are forbidden on the forum The audio and video forums are not designed for publishing comparisons of recordings, or of guitars. Such files will be removed without warning. There are other forums and Internet sites for the art of recording.
Rate of compressionWe ask you to compress your files to a region of between 64 kbits/s minimum to 128 kbits/s maximum. Files of more than 128 kbits/s may be removed without warning if the forum becomes saturated.
What is meant by 'public domain'? Works by anonymous composers and those where the composer or arranger has been dead more than 70 years (plus war years in the case of French nationals) belong to the public domain. Recordings, or links to recordings, of works having editorial rights (for instance Villa-Lobos or Leo Brouwer) are removed from the forum. You can, of course, attach your own compositions. If you are edited, your editor must equally give his or her consent.
Arrangement of worksTo take a specific example: 'Isaac Albeniz (1860-1909)' is in the public domain, but 'Isaac Albeniz arranged by Andres Segovia (1893-1987)' is not, Segovia being dead less than 70 years.
If the composer or arranger is still alive or died less than 70 years ago then the work is still protected by copyright. This applies also to sound reproduction.
Exceptions to copyright Some composers, like AgustĂn Barrios MangorĂ©, had no heirs and did not give part of their rights to an editor. Since there is no "rightholder" for their works, you can publish them on the forum.
Who can publish attached files? The only condition necessary to publish a recording or score is that you are a registered user of the forum.
Ownership of published recordings and scoresYour audio and video files must be copyright free recordings. For related reasons of composer copyright and associated rights, the participant agrees not to publish a recording of which he is not the author. Do not send an extract of a commercial CD, unless it's your own! Copies will be removed without warning.
Recordings are the fruits of labour of Delcamp.net forum members. They are for personal use only. Any use of them for commercial or public use is forbidden.
The participant authorises Delcamp.net to use files on an unlimited timescale, and possibly in other formats, for instance the creation of a compilation of your recordings.
