This forum respects copyright, it is free to join and free of advertising. The forum offers members a discussion space where we provide mutual help to one another. In return, members are asked to respect the rules and procedures for participation in the forum. To remain an active member, you must have posted at least one message for each month of your membership (like a "fee"). You can "pay in advance" to avoid the deletion of your account during long absences. Members whose total message count is less than the number of months since joining will have their accounts deleted from the forum. Those whose accounts have been deleted may rejoin at any time. Participation in discussions earns the right to subscribe to groups giving access to the thousands of scores, MP3s and videos on the forum.

Delcamp.net is made up of several forums in different languages, each one independent of the others. On each forum there is an international area which includes an English language miniforum, where you can participate in discussions in order to be accepted into the groups that give access to downloads of photos, MP3s, PDFs and videos.

How To Participate in the Forum

How To Participate in the Forum

How to register for the forum
Registering with the Forum is very simple, all you need is a current e-mail address. A few minutes after you submit your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email entitled: "Welcome to the Classical Guitar Forum". This confirmation e-mail contains your user name and your password as well as a link you will need to visit to activate your account. (This link may be quite long, possibly several lines of text, so please check all of it is entered into your internet browser address bar.) After visiting this link, you will be able to connect to the forum with your user name and password. To maintain your subscription, you need to participate in the forum by posting messages.

Validity of Forum subscription
In order to confirm your subscription, you have to post one message. The accounts of people who have not posted a message within 15 days after subscription are considered abandoned and are removed. As soon as you have posted your first message, your account is valid and you are considered a member of the forum. The accounts of members whose message total is less than the number of months since their registration will be deleted from the forum. For example, the accounts of those who have been members for 6 months but only posted 5 messages will be deleted. To keep your accounts active on the other forums, (fr, it, es), don't forget to post a message in the English mini-forums, at least once every month on average, as above.

If you did not receive confirmation email
Try to subscribe again with a different user name and another email address. It is not possible to subscribe more than once with the same alias or the same email address.
If you did not receive the confirmation email, it is possible that our server failed or your provider rejected the confirmation mail as SPAM. Also check that the email address you gave is correct.

What to do in the event of difficulty
If you have trouble registering for the forum, or have difficulty sending a message: please read the FAQs first.
Please do not contact the administrators or moderators for help by private messages or mails as you will not receive any answer. Your queries should be asked through the forum: "Your messages to the site administrator"

To remove your forum user account
- Login with your user name and your password
- then post a message in the section “Your messages to the site administrator” asking for your user account to be removed.

To change your e-mail address
- Login with your user name and your password then
go to your profile from the User Control Panel and change the information.

If you lose your password
If you forget your password, you can ask for a new one. Enter your username to get to the Login page and then click on "I forgot my password". A new password will be automatically sent to you via the email address on your user account. If you cannot receive a new password because you have changed email addresses or because you modified your profile with an erroneous email address, the account is, unfortunately, definitively lost.
If you have lost access to your old account you can only open a new account, start again as a zero poster of messages and re-register with the appropriate groups.

If your account is deactivated following a modification of your email address
If you modify your user account email address, an activation email is automatically sent to you so that you confirm the modification of your account by visiting the URL (in the form of a link) contained in the account activation message. It is possible you may not see or receive the activation email if, for example, your Anti Spam software views this email as Spam. In this case, you can ask for a new activation email to be sent. Enter your username to get to the Login page and then click on "Resend activation e-mail". If you cannot receive an activation email because you have modified your profile with an erroneous email address, the account is, unfortunately, definitively lost. If you have lost access to your old account you can only open a new account, start again as a zero poster of messages and re-register with the appropriate groups.

To download the scores, MP3 and video files
To download the scores, on-line lessons, audio and video files from a given forum, please learn the rules of that specific forum, and sign up for that forum. Participate in that forum by posting your first messages and then signing up for the valid user groups. Once this has been accomplished, you have the following rights:
• Members of the "002 posted messages" group can download level 1 to 4 scores, the MP3s, videos and on-line lessons.
• Members of the "020 posted messages" group can download level 1 to 7 scores, the MP3s, videos and on-line lessons.
• Members of the "040 posted messages" group can download level 1 to 10 scores, the MP3s, videos and on-line lessons.
• Members of the "060 posted messages" group can download the level 1 to 12 scores, the MP3s, videos and on-line lessons.

To download the MP3s, videos and on-line courses from the forums whose language you do not speak
You can post your messages in the mini-forums (illustrated by the little flags) if you do not speak the main language, and join the "002 posted messages" group in that forum. If you have enjoyed a particular MP3 or video, please inform the author. A "bravo" is understood in many languages and always pleases.

Delcamp.net documents terms of use
You must agree to respect copyright and performing rights. Copyright protects works of living composers and of composers who have been deceased for less than 70 years. Works fall into the public domain 70 years after the death of their composers. The printed scores fall into the public domain 85 years after their publication. Performing rights protect their recordings for 50 years from the date of the performance or from the date the recording was made public.

You must agree to conform to the conditions of use of Delcamp.net’s documents.
Scores, online guitar lessons, audio and/or video documents found on Delcamp.net are free and royalty free and may be used for non-commercial and personal use. You are not authorized to distribute any copies of any of the above mentioned, in either native or converted format. As long as you are a guitar teacher and registered on Delcamp.net's forums, you are authorized to give away printed copies of scores to students who do not have internet access. The support you provide to our forums' users compensates for these free scores. As soon you cease to participate in the forum(s) and so cease helping members, you must stop using Delcamp.net documents.
Once your subscription is submitted, you have 15 days in which to post your first message on this forum; after this time elapses your account will be removed. In this case, do not worry, register again and post your first message.

I. Overview of the Forum

Postby Jean-François Delcamp » Sun Oct 09, 2005 8:11 am

I. Overview of the Forum

What is this forum?
This forum is dedicated to guitarists looking for both mutual support and/or a resource centre. Audio files, videos, scores and online guitar lessons are available here. You may also contribute to the resource centre by publishing your own compositions, arrangements and recordings of classical guitar as long as you strictly observe the rights of composers and editors.

Who can take part?
Only registered users can post messages and download the forum resources. Certain new forums will become available to you once you have posted the required number of messages and subscribed to the appropriate user groups.

Who coordinates the forum?
The forum is coordinated by a staff of administrators and moderators. The essential role of the staff is to organise the daily running of the forum. They also keep watch on the content of threads. They may modify, move or erase without notice any messages that are "off-topic," coarse, offensive or which violate the prevailing laws, and can suspend users who do not respect the rules of the site. This forum is moderated a posteriori, so most messages are read by the moderators after publication. Failure to respect the rules and procedures of the forum can result in the editing or deletion of your posts, or the queueing of your posts (by which they will have to be approved by moderators before appearing on the forum) or ultimately, if necessary, the deletion of your account. The reasons behind any measures taken by the moderators must not be the object of public discussion on the forum. Any criticisms, advice or suggestions should be made solely by private message or email.

How do you navigate through the forum?
The forum is divided into headings sorted by topics. Please check that you post your message under the most appropriate heading.

II Rules of Behavior

Postby Jean-François Delcamp » Sun Oct 09, 2005 8:11 am

II Rules of Behavior

The Delcamp.net forum provides firm guidelines in order to ensure high quality and a fruitful exchange of views

Content of messages
• Do not give your email address or telephone number in your public posts, only communicate them by private message. Email addresses and telephone numbers will be deleted by the moderators.
• You should not misuse capital letters, which should only be used at the beginning of a sentence or for a name. Do not use text language, exaggerated repetitions of characters and/or words, or of smilies. The moderators will modify or remove incomprehensible messages, and may remove without notice short messages posted in succession purely for purposes of increasing the post count.
• Do not post the same message twice. Moderators will remove duplicated posts without notice.
• Any message whose content is deemed offensive, racist, impolite, or illegal (as defined by French law and of that of your country) will be edited/erased.
• In order to provide optimal navigation, you are strongly advised to limit the size of images included in your messages, to a width of less than 1200 pixels. Attached images exceeding 1200 pixels wide and 3000 high will be presented as a link.
• Titling your message: the search engine of the forum uses the titles of the subjects. Please use carefully worded titles, i.e. titles which indicate the nature of the post and which help users of the search engine to find the answers to their questions. When you ask a question, give it a subject title corresponding to the topic of your message or question. It is inadvisable to write, for instance: “URGENT", "HELP", or "???". The subject matter of the post should be apparent to all from its title.
• Please read the descriptions of the forums and post your message in the suitable forum. Also, please use the search function, and/or read the stickies and announcements before posting your message.

Avatars
• The image used for the avatars (user photo or image) should not exceed 80 pixels in width, 80 pixels in height and 6kb in size. Animated avatars are not permitted. To resize an image or photograph for the forum, you can use: http://www.easypict.org/ or http://www.lookimage.net/
• It is essential not to use the same avatar as another member.
• Given that the rules concerning content also apply to the avatars, any offensive avatars, or avatars containing political or religious references, will be removed.

Signatures
• The text should not exceed 255 characters including spaces. Do not use an URL in your signature.
Do not place any URLs in your signature; your Internet site is provided for in your profile, so it will be attached below your avatar in each of your messages. If you also want to add your email address to each of your messages, tick the option: "users may contact me by email" in your board preferences.
• Given that the rules concerning content also apply to signatures, any offensive signatures, or signatures containing political or religious references, will be removed.

Publicity is authorised on the following conditions:
• The use of private messaging as an advertising medium is completely prohibited.
• There is a sub-forum intended for self-promotion of members (see below, V Self promotion of your activities, sites, blogs, CDs, and publications). In this specific forum you can open a thread in your name to promote professional activities, with unlimited posts. This opportunity is given on condition that you take part in forum discussions.
• If a member is only present in the forum for self promotion or for the promotion of groups associated with that member, the administrator can choose to remove the publicity material. If, after he has been warned by private message or email, the member continues to engage only in self promotion, the administrator can choose to suspend the account of the member without notice.

Disputes
• Any member who does not get along with another member for one reason or another is requested to settle the disagreement in private or by mail, and not on the forum.

III Our MP3, WMV, MOV, OGG, AVI, Author’s rights

Postby Jean-François Delcamp » Sun Oct 09, 2005 8:13 am

III Our MP3, WMV, MOV, OGG, AVI, Author’s rights

Author’s rights
You may publish your recordings or score of a work in the public domain, or your own composition or arrangement in MP3 format for audio or in WMV, MOV, FLV and AVI in the case of videos.

Recordings should be complete and natural
To keep the feel of a recording as close as possible to that of a recital, we only accept complete recordings. Extracts, pot-pourris, medleys, combined works, rewritten or distorted existing works will be removed without notice. Under certain conditions, you may publish extracts of works, see the conditions in "IV Laws governing the quotation/citation of music".

Use these guidelines when listing the title
To allow automatic organization and alphabetic search function of MP3s, scores and videos, please name your message following this layout:
Name of composer, Forename of composer; Title of work.
The semicolon (;) acts as a separator between the composer and title, for example:
Sor, Fernando; op.35/13 Etude
The semicolon is very important; it allows us to create a list of MP3s, scores and videos automatically.
http://www.delcamp.net/infos/catalogue/ ... r_mp3.html ,
http://www.delcamp.net/infos/catalogue/ ... r_pdf.html ,
http://www.delcamp.net/infos/catalogue/ ... r_wmv.html ,
MP3s, scores and videos that have not been titled by this method have to be edited and modified manually by the forum administrator.
Careful titling means that everyone (including those who do not speak your language) can find them more easily.
If the composer has two forenames, write only their initials, with a space between:
Bach, J. S.; BWV 1006 Prelude
If we publish an MP3, score or video of a duo, we add this tag - Duo at the end, - Trio for a trio, - Quartetto for a Quartet and - Ensemble for more. E.g.,
Anon.; La Rossignol - Duo
Gabrielli, Giovanni; Sonate pian e forte - Quartetto
Vivaldi, Antonio; Andante of Concerto in G - Ensemble
For scores add the tag [PDF] or [JPG] at the start of the title e.g.
[PDF] Sor, Fernando; op.35/13 Etude

Only acoustic recordings of acoustic instruments are accepted
Please only post recordings of classical guitar, lute, theorbo, baroque guitar and renaissance guitar, and preferably as natural as possible, in one take with no digital editing. Recordings of electric guitar, electric acoustic guitar, folk guitar, steel-string guitar, midi or synthesiser guitar or Silent Guitar will be deleted without notice.

One file only per thread, only one version of a work
Do not publish more than one audio or video recording or score per thread. Your file should be attached to the first message of the thread. If you want to publish several recordings or scores, open a new and different thread for each of them. If you make a new version of a work that you have already published, don't open a new thread: edit your own message and replace the previous version with the new one. Add in the title of your message an update to make it clear that the recording is a new one.

No duplicates please
There are sub forums devoted to recordings and scores on all the forums of Delcamp.net, for an overview; consult the List of the MP3s, the list of videos and the list of scores in the different forums. This list is updated approximately every month. You can publish your MP3 and video files on the various forums of Delcamp.net, on the condition that there is no duplication of files.
Publishing the same file on different forums of Delcamp uses space unnecessarily. Copies of files will be removed without warning. In the case of duplicates, the file that is kept will be the smallest one.

Except for YouTube, DailyMotion and Vimeo, links to files will be refused
MP3, WMV, PDF, JPG, MOV, FLV, AVI files must be published as attached files, links in the form of URLs are prohibited on the forum (except for links to YouTube, DailyMotion and Vimeo). Posts containing URL links leading to MP3s, scores or videos on other sites are removed without warning.

Your scores
You can publish scores of your compositions or arrangements in the form of PDF files or JPG files in the Forum: "Our scores for guitar". Only music written on stave/staff will be accepted so TABs will be refused. Facsimiles of early music tabs (1500 - 1700) for lute, vihuela or guitar are acceptable in JPG format.

YouTube, DailyMotion and Vimeo Videos
The websites http://www.youtube.com/ , http://www.dailymotion.com/ and http://www.vimeo.com/ allow individuals to publish videos. In your posts, you may give links to classical guitar videos on YouTube, DailyMotion and Vimeo, on condition that you only give links to your own compositions or works in the public domain. Give your post a title following this example: [YouTube] Niccolò Paganini; Capricho nº 24. Links to works protected by copyright will be removed without warning.

Comparison files are forbidden on the forum
The audio and video forums are not designed for publishing comparisons of recordings, or of guitars. Such files will be removed without warning. There are other forums and Internet sites for the art of recording.

Rate of compression
We ask you to compress your files to a region of between 64 kbits/s minimum to 128 kbits/s maximum. Files of more than 128 kbits/s may be removed without warning if the forum becomes saturated.

What is meant by 'public domain'?
Works by anonymous composers and those where the composer or arranger has been dead more than 70 years (plus war years in the case of French nationals) belong to the public domain. Recordings, or links to recordings, of works having editorial rights (for instance Villa-Lobos or Leo Brouwer) are removed from the forum. You can, of course, attach your own compositions. If you are edited, your editor must equally give his or her consent.

Arrangement of works
To take a specific example: 'Isaac Albeniz (1860-1909)' is in the public domain, but 'Isaac Albeniz arranged by Andres Segovia (1893-1987)' is not, Segovia being dead less than 70 years.
If the composer or arranger is still alive or died less than 70 years ago then the work is still protected by copyright. This applies also to sound reproduction.

Exceptions to copyright
Some composers, like Agustín Barrios Mangoré, had no heirs and did not give part of their rights to an editor. Since there is no "rightholder" for their works, you can publish them on the forum.

Who can publish attached files?
The only condition necessary to publish a recording or score is that you are a registered user of the forum.

Ownership of published recordings and scores
Your audio and video files must be copyright free recordings. For related reasons of composer copyright and associated rights, the participant agrees not to publish a recording of which he is not the author. Do not send an extract of a commercial CD, unless it's your own! Copies will be removed without warning.
Recordings are the fruits of labour of Delcamp.net forum members. They are for personal use only. Any use of them for commercial or public use is forbidden.
The participant authorises Delcamp.net to use files on an unlimited timescale, and possibly in other formats, for instance the creation of a compilation of your recordings.

IV Laws governing the quotation/citation of music

Postby Jean-François Delcamp » Sun Oct 09, 2005 8:13 am

IV Laws governing the quotation/citation of music

Image Your audio quotations in WMA format, no bigger than 300 Kb, that is approximately 30 seconds, are authorized on all the forums.
Messages containing audio quotations necessarily have to contain the following legal notices: name of the composer, the title and the editor of the work.

If your extract is taken from a CD, it is also compulsory to include the names of the performer(s) and the publisher of the CD.
Messages not fulfilling this legal requirement will be removed. For a score, you can attach a copy of a few measures of the work as a JPG. Messages containing quotations of scores are obliged to contain the following: composer's name, title and publisher. Your scores in JPG, maximum size of 140 Kb, are authorized on the forum "Guitar Classes". The images must not exceed a width of 1200 pixels and a height of 3000 pixels.

How to convert your audio recordings to WMA for extracts.
You can use the free program 'dBpowerAMP Music Converter' for Windows. First, download the converter at
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/
then install the free version. You do not need the trial version to make the conversions that interest us.
Then you download the "Windows Media Audio" that corresponds to your own Windows software, at
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central.htm
then you install it, start up your computer and your converter is then ready to go. Then launch the dBpowerAMP Music Converter software, select a WAV or MP3 file of maximum 30 seconds and convert it to WMA, ensuring that the resultant size is no greater than 300 KB.
The WMA file format has been chosen for extracts because statistics indicate that 95% among you are Windows users compared with 3% using Macs and 1.2% using Linux.

V Self-Promotion of your activities

Postby Jean-François Delcamp » Sun Oct 09, 2005 8:14 am

V Self-promotion of your concerts, courses, CDs, publications, and websites

This facility is offered to professional musicians (teachers, concert performers, composers, etc) registered on the forum under their own name, on condition that they add to the resources of the forum by making at least one contribution per year. This contribution can be a recording of a guitar work (mp3, video, YouTube link), or the score of a guitar composition, or an online lesson. If these conditions are not met, self-promotional posts will be deleted by the moderators.

Subject to acceptance of the above conditions, professional musicians may announce their own paid entry events such as concerts, competitions, festivals and courses. The announcement of free concerts and recitals is not subject to any conditions.

Subject again to acceptance of the above conditions, professional musicians may also promote their CDs, websites, and published scores or books in the "Self-Promotion" forum. In order to do this, they can open a new topic in their name in the "Self-Promotion" forum for the promotion of their professional activities, and may add posts to the thread as they wish. If a professional musician who already has one thread open should then open another, the threads will be merged into one by the moderators. The promotion of free CDs, free scores, and non-commercial sites is not subject to any conditions.

Members of the Luthiers group may also advertise their services in the Self-Promotion forum in return for helping other members by regularly answering questions and making useful posts on the forum.

Don't forget that all members are required to respect the rules and procedures for participation in the forum and to post at least one message on average per month. The accounts of members with a message total less than the number of months elapsed since their registration will be deleted from the forum. If a member knows he is going to be absent for several months, he can post messages in advance to avoid the deletion of his account. Those whose accounts have been deleted can re-register at any time.

VI Links Boycotted on this forum... and why

Postby Jean-François Delcamp » Sun Oct 09, 2005 8:15 am

VI Links Boycotted on this forum... [and WHY they are...]

The forum is entirely free and free of advertising, commercial online sites are boycotted, for instance the following:
a.l.a.p.a.g.e.com
a.m.a.z.o.n.com
d.i.-.a.r.e.z.z.o.com
d.i.a.m.d.i.f.f.u.s.i.o.n.fr
f.n.a.c.com
g.u.i.t.a.r.e-d.i.f.f.u.s.i.o.n.com
t.i.n.y.u.r.l.com
e.b.a.y.com

If their names are mentioned in a message, the text will replaced by: *** The forum is entirely free and free of advertising, commercial online sites are boycotted ***

Sites which abuse copyright are also boycotted and their titles are replaced by *** boycotted link because does not respect copyright ***

Instructions concerning Deep links
In your public messages, do not give a direct link to a file, from Delcamp.net or any other website. Give the link to the page where the file can be downloaded.

Some links are not available to everyone. For example, some parts of the Delcamp forum are reserved for group members, so a link to a PDF file or a video will not be useful for a visitor or a registered user who is not a member of this group.

A deep link is an Hypertext link leading to a file or an internal page of a website, without going through the home page or another public page. It is not welcomed by the site owner as his bandwidth is being used yet he cannot present his work, or show the advertising which finances his site. Also bear in mind the longevity of your link - if the editor reorganises the internal pages of his site, your link will become invalid.
For more information, see recommendations of Netiquette.

VII Advice for uploading your sheet music

VII Advice for uploading your sheet music

You can publish guitar works if they belong to the public domain or are your own compositions or transcriptions. Music must be written on stave; Tab will be refused.
To convert your score to PDF we recommend the open source software "PDFCreator" which you can download from the following URL: http://www.pdfforge.org/
Facsimiles of early music tabs (1500 - 1700) for lute, vihuela or guitar are acceptable in JPG format.

Use these guidelines when listing the title

http://www.delcamp.net/infos/catalogue/ ... r_mp3.html ,
http://www.delcamp.net/infos/catalogue/ ... r_pdf.html ,
http://www.delcamp.net/infos/catalogue/ ... r_wmv.html ,
MP3s, scores and videos that have not been titled by this method have to be edited and modified manually by the forum administrator.
You can attach PDF or JPG files in the forum 'Our Scores for guitar'

To see and print the pages of music from this site you will need "Adobe Acrobat Reader". PDF is a file format developed by the Adobe company. It makes it possible to read and print files independently of the type of computer and type of software that was used for its creation.
Download it free : http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

X Downloading scores, MP3s and videos

Postby Jean-François Delcamp » Fri Oct 28, 2005 9:47 am

X Downloading scores, MP3s, and videos

To download the scores, mp3's and video files from a given forum, please observe the rules of that specific forum, and sign up for that forum. Participate in that forum by posting your first messages and then signing up for the valid Usergroups (which may take several days). Once this has been accomplished, you have the following rights:
• Members of the "002 posted messages" group can download the level 1 to 4 scores, the MP3s, videos and on-line lessons.
• Members of the "020 posted messages" group can download the level 1 to 7 scores, the MP3s, videos and on-line lessons.
• Members of the "040 posted messages" group can download the level 1 to 10 scores, the MP3s, videos and on-line lessons.
• Members of the "060 posted messages" group can download the level 1 to 12 scores, the MP3s, videos and on-line lessons.

To download the MP3s, videos and on-line lessons from the forums whose language you do not speak
Delcamp.net comprises four forums in different languages, English, French, Italian and Spanish. Each is independent of the others, and registering on any forum gives access to that forum only. Apart from the Delcamp score libraries, all scores, MP3s, videos and on-line lessons are specific to a particular forum, so that an MP3 on the Italian forum, for instance, will only be found on that forum. To take full advantage of all the available resources, you can register separately on all four forums.

The French, Italian and Spanish forums all have an an international section including an English mini-forum (illustrated by the little national flags about half way down the main index page), where you can post messages in English in order to qualify to join the "002 posted messages" group on that forum, if you do not speak the main language. If you have enjoyed a particular MP3 or video, please inform the poster. A "bravo" is understood in many languages and always pleases.

With regard to registering easily on the other forums of the Delcamp.net site
Here are simple links for English speaking users to register on other forums :
Image Forum de la guitare classique http://www.delcamp.net/forum/fr/
Image Forum della chitarra classica http://www.delcamp.net/forum/it/
Image Foro de la guitarra clásica http://www.delcamp.net/forum/es/

I need help to moderate these mini-forums. Please contact me in French either by private message or in the forum "vos messages Ă  l'administrateur du forum" in the FR forum if you speak French along with any other language such as English, Italian or Spanish. You can also help by signing up to the translators group in the FR forum.

If you need help in regards to signing up or the use of a forum, you will find the most current answers in the FAQ section.

XI Rules for the exchange of sheet music on this forum

Postby Jean-François Delcamp » Mon Dec 19, 2005 3:08 pm

XI Rules for the exchange of sheet music on this forum

You can exchange or lend the original of a protected work, not the copy.

Which items are protected by copyright?
Works whose author or arranger is still alive, or who died less than 70 years ago, are protected. For example, the works of Villa-Lobos, Piazzolla, Lauro, Rodrigo and Brouwer are protected by copyright. Arrangements by Segovia, Yepes, and Bream are also protected, even if they are arrangements of authors in the public domain like Bach or Albeniz. Messages offering copies or links to sites that offer works that violate the copyrights of an author will be removed by the moderators of the forum.

XII No politics, no religion

Postby Jean-François Delcamp » Tue Jan 10, 2006 12:12 pm

XII No politics, no religion

Please do not discuss politics or religion on this Forum. This does not only mean in messages, it also includes avatars, signatures and attached files. For example, holy pictures and religious music (including religious holiday music) will be suppressed, with no possibility of appeal. In some cases, disciplinary measures will be taken.

Why?
Because this Forum is devoted to the classical guitar. Individual political opinions and religious convictions are very respectable but can lead to heated discussions, and there are countless other forums on the Internet where these subjects can be discussed

XIII Free internet resource centre, without advertising

Postby Jean-François Delcamp » Wed Jul 25, 2007 9:16 pm

XIII Free internet resource centre, without advertising

Devoted to classical guitar players around the world, Delcamp.net is an absolutely free internet resource centre. In our forums, you will find scores for classical guitar listed according to difficulty level, MP3s, video clips, and online guitar lessons.

This multilingual and entirely ad-free website is moderated by approximately one hundred volunteer-guitarists on a daily-basis. Around 6,000 guitar players from 120 countries log in every day to our website.

Delcamp.net is a collaborative site, based on mutual help and on the simple principle that higher level guitarists provide encouragement to beginners who in their turn, within a few years, will have developed the skills to help other newcomers.

Thus, whether you are an amateur, an eternal beginner or a professional, Delcamp.net members will cheerfully offer their skills and enthusiastic support.

Welcome to the classical guitar forums!

Jean-François Delcamp
